Ed formerly was a Trucker for Days Trucking in Indianapolis and he was a Pentecostal Minister.
Survivors include one daughter, Stormy Dugan of Ellettsville, one brother, Fred Dugan of Indianapolis, and two nephews, Ty and Kyle Dugan of Bloomington.
