Zephryhills Fl.- Edward D. Nagengast 79, a retired cabinet maker, died Sept 18, 2003 in Dade County Hospital, Fl. after a short illness.
Born in the town of Brunswick, he was the son of the late John J. and Barbara Stehle Nagengast. Edward, a self-employed cabinet maker, resided in Menands and Berne most of his life. His wife and he retired to Florida several years ago. He was a veteran of WW II, serving in the Army Corp of Engineers.
Edward was the husband of the late Mary Ruth Hale. He is survived by two sisters; Genevieve Zampier of Brunswick and Veronica Nagengast of Florida, and several nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by three brothers, John, James, and David Nagengast; and two sisters Marion Tansey, and Frances Zampier.
