Edward M. Carney of Burlington passed away at his residence on Monday at the age of 74. Born in Burlington, he lived and grew up in Bristol before moving back to Burlington. He served in the US Army during Vietnam and was stationed in Germany. He was a computer programmer who was the owner/operator of ECCP Computers in Burlington. He belonged to the Coast Guard Auxillary.
He enjoyed fishing, boating, and spending time with his family, especially his grandchildren. He is survived by his loving wife of 46 years Annette (Nee:Narcisi) their children: Daughters, Michelle Mungo, Melissa Allison and son in law Don; son, Michael and daughter in law Sharon Carney; grandchildren: Alicia, Scott Mungo, Dallas, Hunter, Logan, Ramsy Allison, Michael, Dayne Carney; sister and brother in law; Rose and Russell Kelly and many nieces and nephews.
