Edward C. Paille, 91, of Anderson passed away Monday, May 22, 2017. He was born September 27, 1925 in Decatur, IN to the late Jacob and Georgia (Slusher) Paille. Ed was a U.S. Army veteran who retired from Delco-Remy after 30 years’ service. He was a member of the UAW Local 662. In his early retirement years Ed loved to travel to Mission, TX where he and his wife, Dorothy would spend the winter.
He enjoyed boating and waterskiing. Ed loved dogs. He is survived by daughters: Elaine (Del) Pigg, Rita (Eugene Buck) Lowe and Joyce (Brad) Taylor all of Anderson; grandchildren: Chad (Traci) Pigg, Rob and Ryan Geer; Troy (Amy) Pressnall; Misty (Mike) Staton; Amber (Iain) McGregor; great-grandchildren: Sammy, Alaina, Diamond, Graham, Nicholas, Ava, Jeremy, Dallas, Natalie, Emma, Grace and Grant. Ed was preceded in death by his wife Dorothy in 2004 and brothers: William and Robert.
