Edward Atlee Harmon, April 12, 1934 – August 21, 2021.

Mr. Harmon died Saturday, August 21, 2021, in a Temple hospital.

Mr. Harmon was born April 12, 1934, in Bland, the son of Joseph Leonard Harmon and Bertha Mae Weaver Harmon. He was a veteran of the Korean War serving in the United States Air Force. He was stationed in Guam for 19 months.  Mr. Harmon married Neecie Thompson. On June 13, 1983 he married Sandra Skinner Davidson.

He worked many years for Duplex Products retiring in 1993. Mr. Harmon then worked security for Belton School District. He was a member of the V. F. W. and the Masonic Lodge. He was also a member of First Baptist Church Moffat.

Mr. Harmon was preceded in death by his wife Sandra in 2013; two sons, Keith Harmon in 1961 and Bryan Harmon in 2011; and one brother Deward Harmon in 2005.

Survivors include one son Kevin Harmon and wife Janice of Temple; two step-daughters Lisa Davidson and Kim Penberg and husband Mike of Leander; three brothers Lynn Harmon, Joe Harmon, Jr. and Roy Harmon; five sisters Esprence Crocker, Loleta Wolbrueck, Vivian Elliott, Martha Tomme and Melinda Murray; 10 grandchildren, Weston Harmon, Dawson Harmon, Josh Harmon, Zach Harmon, Adam Harmon, Ashley Harmon, Adam Penberg, Kristen Muscillo, Jeremy Penberg and Logan Penberg.
