Eduardo García Martínez, 82, passed away on January 21, 2021 in the city of Bethlehem where he lived for 59 years. Born in Mexico City, son of the late Julio García and Margarita Martínez, a man who always saw life with joy even in difficult situations, a tireless worker, a generous man always trying to help others, shamelessly flirtatious, strong in character but with great nobility and a heart of gold and will always be remembered with a smile on his face. He worked as a laborer and foreman for Lisbon Construction for over 30 years. He later started his own company E.G. Trucking and subcontracted for Pact Construction of Ringoes NJ up until he retired in 2018.
Survivors: He will lovingly be remembered by his three children Elsa García Baca, Lisa J Fontanez and her husband Carlos Fontanez, Emanual Parks and his wife Jennifer Parks and his two grandsons Zachary Parks and Losian Garcia Fontanez. He is survived by his sisters MariaElena, Margarita and brother Miguel. He will also be missed by his nieces, nephews and Godsons. Eddie leaves us a great legacy of struggle, love and strength. We love you and we know that today you are in the arms of God, smiling as only you know how to do it.
