Along with her parents, she is preceded in death by her husband, Fred Duncan Phillips; a son, Fredrick Tyrone Phillips; and eight siblings. She is survived by her son, Terry Phillips; grandchildren, Lee (Sheri) Phillips, Lauren (Chris) Tate, Ricky Phillips, and Latisha Feinberg; and great grandchildren, Caroline Phillips, Pope Phillips, Mackenzie Tate, Silas Tate, and Delaney Tate.
