Edna L. Kiple went home to be with the Lord Monday, Aug. 29, 2011. Born on Dec. 18, 1927, she resided in Fuquay-Varina, N.C., and was a longtime resident of the Burlington, N.J., area. She was the devoted and loving wife of the late Harry Kiple Sr. Edna was preceded in death by her mother, Laura Scott; and brothers, Dennis Pressley, Philip and Mickey Massey.
She is survived by her loving children, daughter, Joy Blackmon (Ken); son, Richard Kiple Sr., all with whom she resided in Fuquay-Varina, N.C.; and daughter, Dixie L. Clark of Lancaster, Pa. She was the proud grandmother of Robert and David Clark of Gap, Pa., Richard Kiple Jr. of California, Krista Casteen (Charles) of Raleigh, N.C., and Ryan Kiple of Burlington, N.J.
She also cherished her great-grandchildren, Aubree Clark, Kyle Clark, Kara Clark, Garett Robertson and Gracie Casteen; and her great-great-granddaughter, Jesalina Ramos. She also is survived by her sisters, Elizabeth Diamore and Patricia Campbell of Virginia; along with numerous nieces and nephews. She was the beloved friend to Betty Hughes of Lancaster, Pa., and Ella Wood and Elsie Washington, both of the Burlington, N.J. area.
