Edna Elizabeth O’Quinn, age 78, of Shalimar Florida passed away peacefully Sunday morning July 27, 2008.
Edna was born near Dublin, Georgia on February 13, 1930 and was raised and educated there as well. It wasn’t until 1956 that she relocated and became a resident of Okaloosa County.
Edna is survived by her husband of 58 years, John I. O’Quinn Sr. of Shalimar, son, John I. O’Quinn, Jr. and his wife Trena of Fort Walton Beach. Two Grandchildren, Jason Newman O’Quinn and his wife Misty of Crestview and Adam Lee O’Quinn and his wife Kristie of Shalimar. Three great-grandchildren, Jacob Lee O’Quinn, Connor Allen O’Quinn, and Rylan Egan O’Quinn. She is also survived by a brother, Elton Douglas of DeFuniak Springs.
