Edna E. Haney (nee Jackson) died Friday November 13, 2015 at the Samaritan Healthcare and Hospice Inpatient Unit in Mt. Holly at the age of 92. Born in Philadelphia, Mrs. Haney was a longtime Burlington resident. She was a life member of St. Mary’s Episcopal Church in Burlington and a member of the Episcopal Church Women.
She was also a member of the Rebekah Lodge in Burlington and the Beverly Maqueda OES as well as a life member of the NJ PTA. Wife of the late Ellis Haney, Sr. Edna is survived by her daughter Gail Haney, son Ellis Haney, Jr., grandchildren Heather (Michael) Harris and Ross Hudson, great grandchild Jacob, sister Elaine (Frank) Branco and many cousins.
