Edna D. Miller, 90, passed away peacefully at home on Saturday, October 01. She was born in Oceanport to the late Henry and Frances (Gifford) Dreeke before settling in Fair Haven over 50 years ago.
Edna was a teacher at Deane Porter in Rumson for many years. She was a member of Trinity Episcopal Church in Red Bank, and a member of Rumson Women’s Club where she served as Past President.
She was predeceased by her husband, Robert F. Miller Sr. who passed away in 2004, her brother, Fred Dreeke, and her sister Dorothy Forsman.
Edna is survived by her son, Robert F. Jr. and his wife Pamela; her daughter, Donna Alexander and her husband William of Lincroft, four grandchildren; Eric, Robert III, Kimberly Miller, and Bill Alexander; her niece Cathy Zeltman and her husband Bill, and her great grandchildren, Brynn and Jayden.
