Edna Claire McKinney 93, of Greenwood was born January 27, 1920 in New York, NY to the late Frank and Edna Ashworth MacEmerney and passed from her life here on this earth November 17, 2013. She married Paul L. McKinney August 17, 1944 at Fort Benjamin Harrison, IN and he passed away September 11, 1994. Survivors include daughters Pam (Wayne) Bovard, Martinsville and Bonnie (Mike) Rohr, Greenwood; son Edward F. ( Sue Wheeler-McKinney) Greenwood; grandchildren Bryan D. Short, Derrick W. Bovard and Jeffrey P. Bovard and five great grandchildren. Edna was also preceded in death by her granddaughter Christina L. Bovard and sister Frances Joondeph. She had been employed twelve years at L.S. Ayres & Co. (Downtown) as a switchboard operator retiring in 1970.
