Edna Berneice Grasmick, 94, of Meridian, passed away at her home on January 1, 2016. Edna was born July 17, 1921 in Bazine, Kansas to George and Marie Wenick. She married Valentine Grasmick on March 1, 1940 at Raton, New Mexico. Edna was a cottage parent at a Boys Ranch in Colorado, manager at a jewelry store in New Mexico, housekeeper in Coeurd’alene, then retired in 1985 and moved to Meridian to be close to her family. Edna loved to cook, crochet, spend time with family and watch football.
