Edith T. Heber Warren, 89
Troy – Edith T. Heber Warren, 89, formerly of Nyroy Drive died Thursday, August 20, 2009, at Hoosick Falls Health Center, after a long illness.
Born in Troy, she was daughter of the late Frank Heber and Ida Dukaovits Heber and wife of the late Merrill F. Warren. She had resided in Troy most her life.
Mrs. Warren was a homemaker and a secretary for the Department of Architecture at Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute retiring in 1987.
She was a member of the Frear Park Women’s Golf League, the Germania Hall Association, the Women’s Bowling League, was an officer of the Troy Ski Club and a communicant of the former St. Francis de Sales Church in Troy.
Survivors include a brother-in-law, Lester Warren of Latham and two nephews, Michael Heber and wife Donna of Poestenkill and William Heber of Troy. She was predeceased by a brother, Frank Heber and two sisters, Josephine Kirwan and Ludmilla Keegan.
