Edgar also managed a few other businesses as an owner. Edgar came to the US in April of 2009 and has made good friends since then in Chicago.
Edgar is survived by his loving wife, Chelina Alegre; dear children, Charmaine Alegre Hinola (Joseph Commodore Hinola), Maria Emmylou Linton (Alexander Linton), and Martin Paul Alegre; cherished grandchildren, Mary Chelsea Joan Hinola, Cybill Jethro Hinola, Lyndsey Andrea Linton, Amelia Rose Isabelle Linton and Sameulle Edward Alegre; fond siblings, Evelyn Moriente, Eleanor Aguirre, Erminie Alegre, Eugene Alegre, Eileen Alado, Elvira Bacaro and Ernie Alegre.
