Earnest Maxwell “Max” Moore, age 83, passed away on Friday, February 28, 2020 at Insignia of Newnan surrounded by his family. He was born in Raymond, GA on May 30, 1936 to the late Joseph Landon Moore, Sr. and Mary Lou Hogan Moore. Along with his parents, Max is preceded in death by his 8 siblings. Max was affectionately known as Poppaw to his close friends and family. He is survived by his wife of 64 years, Nancy Lou Whatley Moore; children, Charles Moore and his wife Angela, Doug Moore and his wife Pat; grandchildren, Joshua Moore (Annette), Charlsie Corbin (Andrew), Matthew Moore and fiancé Tiffany Pilgreen, Hillary Moore, Katie Brooks (Trey). He is also survived by his great grandchildren, Landon and Warren Moore, Maisi, Ashlynne, Aiden, and Max Corbin, Addyson, Mason and Colin Brooks.
