Earlene Norris, 78, transitioned from this life on December 22, 2021. She was born on December 29, 1942 in Cleveland, OH to the late Earle Edward and Freddie Elizabeth Taylor.
Earlene was educated in the Cleveland public school system and graduated from Collinwood High School. Later, Earlene furthered her education at The Wilkins School of Cosmetology.
Earlene’s interest in nursing and physical therapy landed her a career as an Auxiliary Nurse for 2 years at a nursing home in Cleveland, OH. She was also a Cosmetologist Instructor for Wilkins School of Beauty in Cleveland, OH. Earlene had a love for arts and interior design. She was very crafty, she enjoyed pottery, paper mâché designing, and crocheting. Earlene loved entertaining at home and being in the company of good people.
Besides her parents, Earlene was predeceased by her brother, Edward Taylor and her grandparents, Edward and Minvera Taylor, and Myrtle Kersey.
Earlene leaves to cherish her fond memories, her two children, Roger Edward Forrest, Alindia Rochelle Taylor; grandchildren, Marvin Winfield Taylor, Marlin Leray Taylor, Domonique DeLoren Forrest, Alindia Denise Forrest; great grandchildren, Thierry Nicholas Taylor, Journey Alindia Taylor, Xavien Leray Taylor, Gabrielle Lauryn Theresa Taylor, Acey Phoenix Taylor, Averie and Aiyla Clark; special friends, George and Citas Manalos, Judy Liu Luis, Pasty Seuc, Carmen Crespo; and a host of other relatives and friends.
