Earl Wayne Turner, 86, born December 20, 1930 in Dawson Springs, KY, passed away peacefully at Cape Canaveral Hospice on June 30, 2017. Earl settled in Cocoa Beach with his wife, Jackie, and young son, Robin, during the exciting time of putting a man on the moon. He worked for General Electric at Kennedy Space Center and in the D.C. area until his retirement in 1990. He will be most remembered as a regular fixture at the Cocoa Beach Golf Course where he touched so many lives with his teachings and golf stories. He was also a volunteer for the Cocoa Beach High men and women’s golf teams as his grandchildren, Johnathan and Jacqueline, were avid golfers.

Earl is survived by his wife, Jackie, son Robin (Kathy) Turner, grandchildren Johnathan and Jacqueline, sister-in-law, Pat Turner and his nieces, Kate and Maggie. He is preceded by his brother, Paul Turner and his sister, Kathleen Turner.
