Earl T. (Jim) Fox, 77, of 1725 Lafayette Parkway, went to be with his Savior on Saturday, June 27, 2009 at Manor Care South following an extended illness.
Jim and his wife, the former Margo L. Weaver, observed their 14th wedding anniversary on November 19, 2008. His first wife, the former Jane Eileen Wynn, died on June 10, 1993.
Jim retired in 1985 from the former Bethlehem Steel Corp.
Jim was an Air Force veteran of the Korean War, a 1950 graduate of Williamsport High School and attended Memorial Baptist Church. He enjoyed woodworking, hunting, fishing and model trains.
Born March 18, 1932 in Hughesville, he was the son of Ario T. and Cora E. Clark Fox.
Surviving in addition to his wife are a son, Timothy W. of Bethlehem; daughters, Dianne K. (John) Guthrie of Hughesville, Kimberly A. Fox of South Williamsport and Lynne M. (Vince) Corson of Exeter, NH; sisters, Dorothy Heinbach of South Williamsport; Marjorie Winner and Rita Francis both of Williamsport and Janice Garrison of Clinton, OH; grandchildren, Sara and Sam Guthrie and Eli Corson.
Jim was predeceased by four brothers and one sister.
