Survivors include his loving wife of 58 years Clona (Bell) Black, three sons Ron Black (wife-Linda); Muncie, Larry Black (wife-Caye); Bellbrook, Ohio, Tony Black (wife- Deanne); Muncie, one daughter Deborah Blair (husband-Duane); Muncie, and one brother Obie L.Black (wife-Estella); Muncie, his grandchildren Michelle McKibben; Ryan Skinner; Chris Black; Lauren Ringlespaugh; Jason Black; Corbin Black; Maggie Black; Gracie Black and 6 great-grandchildren.
Earl was preceded in death by his parents, 2 brothers Leo and Jessie Black; 3 sisters
Ethel Storie; Zelma Pershing and Renda Black.
