Earl C. Pugsley, 94, of Anderson, passed away June 21, 2017 at the St. Vincent’s Anderson Regional Hospital.
He was born on November 24, 1922 in Millford, MASS. He served his country in the Army during WWII.
He worked for Nicholson File for over 40 years and later at Anderson Public Schools. He was an avid gardener, and avid fan of his beloved Boston Red Sox and Notre Dame Football.
Earl is survived by his loving spouse whom he married December 25, 1942, Catherine (Higgins) Pugsley, son, James (Linda) Pugsley, sister, Hazel Findley, grandsons, Jason Pugsley and Marc (Joselyn ) Pugsley both of southern California and several nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents, Elmer and Ethel Pugsley; son, William Pugsley; sisters, Dorothy Williams and Bethany Shuart.
