Earl Arnold Richardson, age 95, of St. Petersburg, Florida and formerly of Indiana, Texas and Michigan, passed away at his home on December 25, 2016. Earl was born in Saginaw, Michigan on June 25, 1921, the son of William R. and Ella (Howe) Richardson.
He attended school in Jackson, Michigan, graduating with the Class of 1938. Earl enlisted in the U.S. Army, serving from 1941-1945 during World War II. He retired in 1980 as a supervisor from Civil Service with over 20 years with Post Engineers at Ft. Harrison, Indianapolis, Indiana. He was a member of the VFW Post #7119 in Lawrence, Indiana. On November 28, 1945, in Owosso, Michigan, Earl married Charlotte M. Baker. Charlotte preceded him in death on September 3, 1993. Surviving is a son, Michael (wife Susan) Richardson of Indianapolis, one granddaughter, Kelly along with great and great-great-grandchildren He was preceded in death by his parents, his wife, and three sisters, Lucille, Lois and Beverly.
