E. Nancy “Bashful” (Westerman) Might-Nuben, 89, of Bethlehem, passed away on Tuesday, July 5, 2022. She was the beloved wife of Joseph Nuben, Jr. with whom she shared over 26 years of loving marriage, she was the widow of Allen Weirbach and Jack Might. Born on December 9, 1932 in Allentown she was a daughter of the late Joseph B. and Evelyn (Magee) Westerman.
Nancy worked in food services for several years before becoming a medical assistant until she retired in 1996. She was a charter member of the Church of the Manger UCC, Bethlehem, and a member of the American Legion Auxiliary. Nancy helped get Medevac started in the Lehigh Valley.
Survivors: Nancy will be lovingly remembered by her husband, Joseph Nuben, Jr; children, Glen Weirbach, Bruce Weirbach, Scott Weirbach and wife Mary Frances, and Susan Ruhe and companion Scott Burk; 6 step children; grandchildren, Joshua, Theresa, John, Daniel and Allen; 5 great grandchildren and a great great granddaughter; sisters, Janet Keim, Kay Jurs, Carol Kinsey and Sharon Boyles. She was predeceased by brother, Joseph Westerman, and sister, Judi Linz.
