Cascade County —Dwight John Montgomery, age 82, life-time resident of Cascade County, passed away on Tuesday, September 27, 2016, at Benefis Peace Hospice in Great Falls, MT. Dwight was born to Alice (Back) and John Montgomery on May 9, 1934. He was the youngest of four children: Beatrice, Jessie, and Albert Boles.Dwight married E. J. White in 1958 and they divorced in 1989. He retired from General Distributing Company in 1991 and moved to a residence in Wolf Creek Canyon on the Missouri River. It was here he taught his grandchildren to enjoy fishing and floating the river. He is survived by his two sons and their wives: Neal and Denise Montgomery, Shawn and Beverly Montgomery, his five grandchildren, a great-granddaughter, and nieces and nephews. His grand-niece, Jessie Dickinson, was a help to him later in life.
