Dwight Dewayne Clemons was born March 27, 1960 in Morgan County, Alabama. He was the second child of the late Aaron Clemons and Bessie Harper Clemons. He received his formal education from the Decatur City Schools. He was a graduate of Austin High School. A veteran of the United States Navy, where he served his country from 1980-1984.
He accepted Christ as his personal Savior at an early age.
He leaves to cherish his memory a devoted mother, Bessie Clemons of catur; a son, Dewayne Clemons (Atricia) of Union Spring, AL; a stepdaughter, Rhondshawda Acosta; four brothers, Danny Clemons and Rodney Clemons both of Decatur, Frederick Clemons (Maria) of Los Fresnos, TX, and Darrell Clemons of Huntsville; three sisters, Annette Wynn (Toby) of Decatur, Tracy Lanier (Ricky) and Sonya Clemons, both of Huntsville; three grandchildren all of Union Spring, AL; a very special aunt, Bobbie Jackson who had a special place in his heart; and a host of nephews, nieces, other relatives and friends.
