Dr. Peter J. Bartelloni, MD, age 87 of Easton, CT, beloved husband of 66 years to Virginia Hurteau Bartelloni, passed away peacefully in his home surrounded by his loving family Thursday, May 5, 2016. Born in Franklin, MA the son of the late Hector and Orlanda Bartelloni. He was a graduate of the University of Vermont Medical School. Dr. Bartelloni served his residency in Internal Medicine at Walter Reed Army Medical Center. He earned his Certification in Internal Medicine by the American Board of Physicians, with specialty in Infectious Diseases. Dr. Bartelloni faithfully served in the United States Army for 25 years, retiring as a Colonel in 1976.
