Dr. Oswell L. Summers, 91, of Chattanooga, went to be with the Lord on Saturday, March 11, 2006 at The Stratford House nursing facility. His parents, the Rev. William and Nellie Summers, and a brother, the Rev. Donald Summers, preceded him in death.
