Marvin E. Stallcop was born February 14,1943 in Havre, Montana to Eugene and Anne Stallcop. He died in Boise, Idaho on October 9, 2022.
Marvin was the son of the local Pepsi Cola bottler and grandson of a Norwegian farmer. He attended school in Havre and graduated with honors from Havre High School. He attended his first two years of college at Evangel University, Springfield, Missouri.
He married Judy Harmon in 1964 and was a devoted husband and father. They adopted two children: Gregg and LeAnn.
Marvin is survived by his wife, Judy, his children, Gregg Stallcop of Nampa, Idaho and LeAnn (Craig) Stensgaard of Nampa, Idaho, two grandsons, Jared (Abby) Stensgaard of Spokane, Washington and Jayden (Kylie Leinum) Stensgaard of Nampa, Idaho, one great granddaughter, Teagan Stensgaard, his sister Doris Bolen of Nampa, Idaho, and his brother, Paul (Becky) Stallcop of Nampa, Idaho.
