Dr. Louis Ulin, 94, of Chattanooga, died Saturday, June 20, 2009 at his home. Dr. Ulin was a graduate of Hahnemann Medical College in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania and practiced medicine in Chattanooga for over 50 years and was Board Certified in General Surgery. He was a veteran of World War II serving in the Medical unit of the U.S. Army. He was preceded in death by his wife, Bernice G. Ulin and a brother, Dr. Alex Ulin. Survivors include his daughter, Allison Ulin Lynch, Chattanooga; son, Dr. Louis Scott Ulin, Dania Beach, Florida; brother, Dr. Steve Ulin and sister-in-law, Ellie Ulin, Tucson, AZ; sister-in-law, Selma Cash Paty, grandchild, Kate Lynch, Chattanooga; grandchildren, Laura Ulin, Margate, FL; Shaun Scott Ulin and Tristan Ulin, Dania Beach, FL; and several great grandchildren.
