Dr. Frances P. (Karol) Ouellette, 81, of Danvers, MA, passed peacefully on Jan. 20, 2019. She was the wife of the late Robert Ouellette. She leaves her three children, John, Elizabeth and her Partner Rick Pitten and Robert and his partner Eva Iavarone. Frances graduated from Lowell General Hospital Nursing Program – 1957, she then earned a BSN from Salem State College 1976, MS from Boston College, 1978 and a PHD from Boston College, 1987. She was a Primary Nurse at New England Deaconess Hospital, an Instructor at Bunker Hill Community College, an Associate Professor at Boston College and was the Author of “Concepts and Case Studies in Nursing: A Life Cycle Approach” – 1983.
