Dr. David C. Berry, 93 of Palm Harbor, FL. passed away on September 27, 2011. Through his tireless work, kind and generous spirit, and very active life 93 years including; a decorated veteran of WWII, retired US Army Lieutenant Colonel, MBA, PHD, published author, Director of Education for US Army in Europe, an ordained Deacon, published poet, a proud member of the Military Order of World Wars; the Masonic Order; and the Slumbering Groundhog Lodge of Quarryville, PA; Dr. Berry departed this world a better place than he entered it.
He was born the 8th of 9 children to Dr. Andrew and Hattie Berry of Lamar, Oklahoma in 1918, He is survived by his loving and romantic wife of 8 years, Madolyn; 2 children, David Wesley Berry and Geraldine Lynn Enger; 5 step-children; 13 grandchildren, including his lil one”, Jacqui and 8 great grandchildren.
