Dr. Billy Joe “B.J.” Jordan, 91, died Friday, February 25, 2022, at Baptist Memorial Hospital – North Mississippi in Oxford, MS..M… With innichement at Oxford-University United Methodist Church columbarium following the service..M. until service time..Born in Crossett, AR to the late Covin McKinley and Mary Sivils Jordan, Dr. Jordan was a member of the Oxford-University United Methodist Church in Oxford, MS. Staff Sergeant Jordan served in the 1st Division of the United States Marine Corps receiving the Purple Heart, Good Conduct Medal, and Commendation Ribbon Medal Pendant. He was also a member of The Chosin Few and the Kiwanis Club. Dr. Jordan volunteered at The Pantry, Meals on Wheels and Habitat for Humanity.B.J.. Jordan, M.D. of Oxford, MS; five grandchildren; seven great grandchildren; and eight great-great grandchildren..
