Douglas Stuart Sinclair of Danbury passed away peacefully on August 8, 2013 at Danbury Hospital.
Doug was born November 7, 1941 in East Orange, New Jersey, to Erma P. and Donald Stuart Sinclair. A graduate of New Milford High School, he was a person of many interests and activities, including Boy Scouts, stock car racing, flea markets, and especially his beloved Moose Club, of which he was an active member for many years.
He was loved for his generosity, his plain-spokenness, and his concern for his friends.
Doug was predeceased by his beloved wife Marilyn Trester Sinclair. He leaves as survivors, in addition to his many friends and associates, four children: Laurie Lofgren; Douglas Tarsi; Mark Trester; and Kevin Haskell. Seven grandchildren also survive, as well his sister, Joan Sinclair Green, and a number of cousins. Two very special friends, Leslie Pattison and Ward Hall, cared faithfully and lovingly for Doug during his final months.
