Douglas Lawrence Patton, age 68, passed away Sunday, January 26, 2020 at Southwest Christian Care in Union City. Doug was born in Atlanta, GA on September 27, 1951 to the late Harold Lawrence Patton and Ann Bowers Patton. Doug graduated from Sylvan High School in 1969 where he enjoyed playing football. He was avid fisherman, loved anything sports related and truly loved watching his son Cody play ball. He loved spending time with his family and will be truly missed by all that knew him. Along with his parents, Doug is preceded in death by his sister, Brenda Patton Matthews. He is survived by his wife, Sandra Patton; son, Cody Patton; sister, Doris Patton Croker and numerous nieces and nephews.
