Douglas K. Hollingsworth, 48, of Muncie, passed away on January 14, 2018. He was born on December 31, 1969 in Muncie the son of Richard and Patricia (Williams) Hollingsworth-Greer.
Doug married the love of his life, Stephanie (Edwards) Hollingsworth and she survives. Mr. Hollingsworth had served in the U.S. Army as an infantryman from 1990 – 2004 prior to his disability. He loved riding his Victory motorcycle and was always ready to race and challenge his friends Brock, Bobby, Joe and Ricci.
Besides his wife, Stephanie, he is survived by his children, Kayla Catron (husband-Christian), Jaima Drown (husband-Matthew), Austin Hawkins, Abby Hollingsworth, Cassie Hollingsworth and Carter Hollingsworth; his siblings and their families, Michael and Tami Hollingsworth and their children Harley and Camoren; Rick and Shawn Hollingsworth and their children, Cody and Jessica; Melissa and Michael Burke and their child, MaKenna; his mother and step-father, Patricia and Ray Greer; one step-brother, Larry Greer; three step-sisters, Tracy Losier (husband-Ronnie), Stacy Markwell and Jennifer Reese (husband-Derrick); several nieces and nephews.
He is preceded in death by his father, Richard Hollingsworth and father-in-law, Lonnie Edwards and his brother, Mark Hollingsworth.
