Douglas passed away peacefully on November 30, 2016 in St. Augustine, FL. He was born November 8, 1942 in Holland, MI, the son of Harold and Pauline (Potter) Borr. Douglas served in the U.S. Army from 1962-65.
Through the years he was employed by The Upjohn Company; was general manager for Dick Loehr’s of Shaver Rd.; owned & operated Kent AMC/Jeep in Grand Rapids; and was Vice President of Operations for Team National/Nationwide.
Doug was a resident of Portage before becoming a longtime resident of Florida. Surviving are his wife Julia Holling-Borr; children Nancy Ann Blain and Brian Borr; grandson Tyler Borden; brother Ron Borr; former wife Mary Ann Borr and many other special family and friends.
