Douglas Alexander Tucker, 67, passed away January 3, 2015 in Florence, CO. The son of LaMoyne and Mable (Curtis) Tucker, he was born July 9, 1947 in Canon City, CO. Douglas was united in marriage to Katherine Johnson on January 23, 1981. He retired from Holcim in May 2007. Mr. Tucker is survived by his wife, Katherine; his mother, Mable; brothers, Allen (Virginia) Tucker and Harry (Laura) Tucker; step-children, Wesley (Paula) Widick, Rebecca (Michael) Ellis, Donna Widick, and Donald (Chris) Widick; eight grandchildren; two great grandchildren; and nine nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his father. His family will greatly miss him.
