Doug was born March 6, 1955 in Newton, Iowa to Calvin and Ruth Logue. Doug graduated from Newton High School. After graduation, he joined the Army and served his country from 1973-1994.
Doug passed away after a short, brave battle with cancer on February 13, 2016. He was preceded in death by his father, Calvin and his brother, Kenny Logue.
He is survived by his wife, Lori Logue of Chariton; his mother , Ruth Logue of Newton; his children, Jeremy (Jackie) of Carlisle; Matt (Jaci) of Ackworth; Keith of Chicago; Devin of Chariton; Alyson Kent of Chariton; Jared, Jordon Kent and Larry Holmes of Chariton.
