Dorothy Virginia (Tripp) Muir, gracious and loving daughter, wife, mother, grandmother and great grandmother passed away at her Aurora home on July 7th, 2021. She was 101 years old.
Born May 20, 1920 in Chicago, she lived in Chicago for 60 years and Aurora, Colorado for 41 years. She worked in Aurora for Stearns Rogers Engineering before retiring in 1986. Dorothy was a member of St. Michael the Archangel parish in Aurora and actively involved in parish ministries in Chicago and Aurora.
Survivors include daughters Mary Muir (Aurora, CO) and Dolores Lissuzzo (Bloomingdale, IL), son Robert Muir (Stephanie) (Spring Hill, TN), grandsons Drew Lissuzzo (Michelle) (Bloomingdale, IL), Stephen Muir (Salt Lake City, UT) great grandsons Gracin, Easton and Massimo Lissuzzo (Bloomingdale, IL).
Recitation of the Rosary will follow immediately, beginning at 6pm.
