Dorothy S. Thomas. 96, of Cogan Station passed away Monday, August 15, 2011 at her home.
Born November 13, 1914 in Philadelphia she was the daughter of Clayton and Edith (Hansen) Shaibley.
Dorothy was a 1931 graduate of Williamsport High School and the class of 1933 from Dickinson Seminary. She retired from the Williamsport National Bank where she had been a teller for over 30 years. She attended Community Baptist Church.
Surviving are a daughter Barbara I. and husband John L. Hunsinger of Montoursville, a granddaughter Christine Meister husband Joseph of Mendon NY., two great grandsons Benjamin and William Meister.
She was predeceased by her husband of 55 years Howard L. Thomas in 1992, a brother Willis Shaibley and a sister Thelma Steiger.
