Dorothy was born in Oakland Ca. to Fay Viola Manila Wonocott Williams and Fredrick Williams. She married Edward Joseph Kabasa, in June 1945. Mother to Patricia Marie Kabasa- Sabin and son- in law Steve; Jacqueline Sue Kabasa- Augustine and son-in-law Gene. Grandmother to Jobe Bernier and his wife Michal; Laura Bernier; and Jesse Bernier and his wife Keegan. Great-Grandmother to Audaline, Silas, Arlowe, and Ezra Bernier.
Dorothy and her friend Eve Toeller owned The Rag Bag women’s clothing boutique in Boise ID. for over 10 years, which nicely fit with her sociable personality, making many close friends.
In her free time she took many family trips; notably on a trip to England she took seven suitcases which held multiple outfits for each day. Dorothy enjoyed a rich social life with many friends in Boise ID. and Spokane Wa.
In short, “she was a sweetheart; quick to notice a need, lend a hand, and share a laugh.”
