Dorothy “Dotty” M. Eaton, 86, of Allentown, passed away on Thursday, April 20, 2017 at St. Luke’s Allentown Hospital. She was the wife of the late Robert A. Eaton, who died on July 1, 2011. Born in Carter, OK, she was the daughter of the late Joseph Tipton and Jessie Louella (Place) Tate. She worked in the Deli at Kroger for a number of years before retiring. Previously, she worked at Smith Corona Cortland, NY. Dottie was active with the Lehigh Valley Active Life Senior Center.
Surviving: by her loving family, Dennis Butts and wife Angie of Groton, NY; Pam Kane and husband Patrick of Allentown; Patricia Pudney and husband Joey of Cincinnatus, NY; Catherine Scott and husband Joseph of Grand Junction, CO; Duane Butts and wife Sue of of Broadalbin, NY.; many grandchildren, great-grandchildren and great-great grandchildren; sister, Mary Rumbaugh of Ozark, MO.; many nieces and nieces. She was predeceased by son, Robert B. Eaton.
