Wallingford – Dorothy C. Loeffler, 92, of the Masonic Geriatric Healthcare Center, formerly of 305 Park Road in Hamden, died Sunday, November 26, 2000 at the Mid State Medical Center in Meriden. She was the wife of the late Frank Loeffler.
