Dorothy L. Thomas, 81, of 325 Fisher Street, South Williamsport, died Thursday, August 18, 2011, at Manor Care North.
Dorothy was predeceased by her husband, Max M. Thomas Sr., who died on May 21, 2002.
Dorothy was a graduate of Phoenix High School, Phoenix, Ariz., an avid Penn State football fan and was active in Little League baseball.
Born October 8, 1929 in Williamsport, she was the daughter of Foster and Ruth Noblitt Housel.
Surviving are sons, Steven E. Thomas of Lovettsville, Va., Gary L. (Donna) Thomas of Ocean View, N.J. and Max M. Thomas Jr. of South Williamsport; grandchildren Steven, Aaron, Linda, Heidi (Justin) and Craig Thomas and Jodi (Andy) Griffin and six great grandchildren.
