Dorothy L. (Eckenfelder) Pikul, of Peru, passed away January 15, 2013 at Manor Court of Peru.
Pikul was born March 8, 1920 in Kewanee to Harold and Anna (Nothnagel) Eckenfelder. Dorothy married Edward J. Pikul on June 29, 1946. She held various positions at Carus, Sampsel’s and Westclox until she retired in 1980. She was also a lifelong member of Zion United Church of Christ in Peru.
Survivors include two children, Barb (Linas) Lauraitis of Inverness and Tom (Lynne) Pikul of Duluth, MN; seven grandchildren; one great-grandchild and several nieces and cousins. She was preceded in death by her husband, Edward and brother, Melvin Eckenfelder.
