She was born September 11, 1946, in Ludowici, GA, to the late Wilton and Dorothy (Nelson) Moody.
Dorothy enjoyed watching TV and being with family.
Surviving are two sons, Randy Thompson and Billy Thompson both of Lafayette and a son that preceded her in death Michael Thompson.
Dorothy was one of five children, sister, Linda J. Moody and brothers, David, Ray and Larry Wayne Moody
