Dorothy Emily Haggerty, age 88, of Trumbull, passed away March 12, 2022 at Gardner Heights in Shelton, CT. Dorothy was born in Bridgeport, CT to the late Charles and Rosella Haggerty. She graduated from Laurelton High School and received her Bachelor’s Degree from Barry College and her Master’s Degree in teaching from Fairfield University. She was a retired school teacher for the City of Bridgeport, having worked at Waltersville and Florence Blackham Schools.
She is survived by several cousins including Barbara Seymour and Ray Brooks and his wife Maureen and several Godchildren.
