Dorothy Elizabeth Bruyer Frehse Graham, age 74, formerly of Kalispell, passed away on Sunday July 25, 2010 at the Skilled Nursing Center in Lewistown, Montana surrounded by love and her family.  Dorothy Elizabeth Bruyer, “Dode” was born in Kalispell, Montana on June 14, 1936 to Benjamin Julius & Erma Ida Bruyer.  

Dorothy graduated from Flathead High School in 1954.  Dorothy was an avid sports fan of her children and grand children, with basketball, baseball and Softball her favorites.  She was a “master mender an alterer” and loved sewing.  She held numerous jobs over the years, managing businesses and working in the banking industry. Dorothy was married to Larry Graham in 1998; they spent several happy years together traveling to see their families and to tractor shows all over the state.  Dorothy moved to Denton in 2005 where she joined the ladies Red Hat Society, coffee-ing with her neighbors and friends at the local Pub.  Grandma Dorothy always kept her cookie jar full of her special chocolate chip and gingersnap cookies in case of an afterschool “stop-by”.  She attended St Anthony’s Catholic Church in Denton.

She was preceded in death by her parents, her son Edward Alan Frehse and her husband Lawrence Graham.  Dorothy is survived by her sister LaVerne Fredenberg of Kalispell, MT; daughter Diana Sweeney of Montana, her children Sean, Benjamin, Caitlin, Alyssa and her husband Zac; son Ernie Frehse and wife Dawn of Kalispell and their children; Justin, Brittney, Jordan, Nate, Ryan and wife Maggie; daughter Linda Frehse of Arizona; the children of son Edward Frehse – Christina and Andi Skaug; son Duane and wife Chris of Denton and their children Jesika, Julius, Arin and wife Sarah; three great grand children and numerous nieces and nephews.
