Dorothy E. Lowe, 80, of 45 Hoover Road, went to be with the Lord, Thursday, August 19, 2010 at Sycamore Manor Health Center.
Dorothy and her husband, John H. Lowe, celebrated their 57th wedding anniversary this past March 8th.
Dorothy was a member of the Church of the Savior, Lutheran. She enjoyed watercolors, oil painting, reading and baking.
Dorothy worked for Tetley Tea as a packer.
Born Dec. 2, 1929 in Williamsport, she was the daughter of Harry and Lela Stackhouse Crossley.
Surviving in addition to her husband are a daughter, Glenda M. (Eric) Gardner, a grandson Todd M. Gardner and a granddaughter, Kristen M. Gardner all of Montoursville; sisters, Marjorie Stiver of Crosby, TX; Edna Praster of South Williamsport; Rose Kretz of Oregon and Helen Stoppa of Jacksonville, FL.
Dorothy was predeceased by brothers, Jack, Donald, Harry and Albert Crossley and sisters, Mary Phillips, Norma Decker and Mildred Audet Deal.
