Dorothy “Dotty” Burcham, nee Eversman, 79, of O’Fallon, IL, born February 1, 1935 in Caseyville Township, IL, died in her residence in O’Fallon on Sunday February 16, 2014. Dotty was a very loving mother and cherished her moments with her grandchildren. She will be remembered for the love and special times shared with her family and many friends.
Dotty worked as a volunteer for five years at St. Elizabeth’s Hospital in Belleville, IL. She was preceded in death by her husband, Robert (Bob) Burcham; her parents, Francis & Helen, nee Baldus, Eversman; her twin sister Dolores (Dee) Sahr; brother-in-law, Edward Sahr; and sister-in-law, Dian Lucas.
Surviving are daughters, Karen Robitaille of Belleville, IL, and Sandy (Jim) Rosciglione of Swansea, IL; four grandchildren, Dominic Robitaille, Nicholas (Paula) Robitaille, Matthew Robitaille, and Ross Rosciglione; great-grand daughter, Zoe Robitaille; sister Joyce Eversman; brother Frank (Kim) Eversman; and many nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends. The family wishes to extend their heartfelt gratitude to Family Hospice for their loving care.
